  1. AAV vectors insertion in dividing and non-dividing, with low immunogenicity.
  2. The pAAVK system uses 293 HEK cells for packaging the vector into AAV particles.
  3. Promoter sequences:Use the regions of DNA that control the initiation of gene transcription. Different promoters can be used to regulate gene expression in specific cell types or under certain conditions.
  4. Multiple cloning sites (MCS): DNA fragments can be inserted.
  5. Reporter genes: Genes whose expression can be easily detected and quantified.
  6. Selection markers: Cumate
  7. AAV packaging signals:  inverted terminal repeats (ITRs), which are required for AAV replication and packaging.
