Qual è il valore legale del titolo di studio in Italia? Ce lo chiede il MIUR ponendo 15 quesiti ai quali si puo' rispondere fino al 24 aprile. Non cominciamo bene:
per partecipare è necessario registrarsi, per registrarsi è necessario fornire il titolo di studio. E niente, il MIUR non sa cos'è un PhD.
