The Dendrite Membrane Cyto-Tracer, pCT-CMV-PSD95-GFP, fuses a PSD95 tag to copGFP, resulting in the labeling of dendritic membranes. The copGFP-fusion is expressed from the CMV promoter for strong expression in common cell types such as HeLa, HEK293, and HT1080.
