The Cytoskeleton Cyto-Tracer, pCT-Tubulin-RFP (CMV) fuses a α-tubulin tag to RFP, resulting in RFP-labeling of the cytoskeleton. The RFP-fusion is expressed from the CMV promoter, for strong expression in common cell types such as HeLa, HEK293, and HT1080.
