- AAV vectors insertion in dividing and non-dividing, with low immunogenicity.
- The pAAVK system uses 293 HEK cells for packaging the vector into AAV particles.
- Promoter sequences:Use the regions of DNA that control the initiation of gene transcription. Different promoters can be used to regulate gene expression in specific cell types or under certain conditions.
- Multiple cloning sites (MCS): DNA fragments can be inserted.
- Reporter genes: Genes whose expression can be easily detected and quantified.
